I booked the special of a 90 minutes full-body, back exfoliation and scalp scrub, and added hot stones. Wow!! I have been working in tourism and traveling for a few years and with this, of course compared treatments at many different hotels and lodges throughout southern Africa. This was hands-down my best massage! Where to begin… I have a very tight back and prefer deep pressure, which my therapist could keep up throughout the whole 90 minutes. I can be quite ticklish during massages, which makes me a bit reluctant to have them, but here I really could just relax and enjoy! Communication via the WhatsApp line was quick and simple. The staff was all very professional and I was impressed at how clear it is that they were very well trained even on the smallest details, like moving slowly and quietly (you will be surprised how rare that is, even at 5-star lodges), whispering only when it is truely necessary, the importance of the music (when load shedding kicks in), being thoroughly prepared, making people feel really spoilt, etcetera. I am definitely recommending supporting this small-business!
